About this notice
RaidQyrexx connects games, reward activities, store purchases and services. This notice explains the personal information used by those features. The operator and privacy contact details appear below.
Account and security information
Registration collects your name, username, email and password, with optional birth year and referrer information. Passwords are stored as hashes. Login and security records can include IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and session identifiers.
Required account information is needed to create and operate your account. Without required delivery or payment information, we may not be able to fulfil the corresponding order or request. Please do not put passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.
Games, rewards and public activity
We record game progress, cities, actions, equipment and rankings, alongside eligible advertisement views, balances, referral activity and membership information.
Usernames and relevant game activity can appear in rankings and other community features. The Withdrawal Ledger can display a member name, withdrawal amount, method and date. Consider this visibility when choosing your username.
Purchases, delivery and support
Orders, payment references, deposits, withdrawals, refunds and digital delivery records are linked to your account. Physical orders require shipping details, including recipient name, email and postal address, with optional additional delivery details.
Support tickets, chat messages, complaints and privacy requests contain the information you submit and the records needed to respond. Share only the information necessary for your request.
Why we use your data
We use information necessary to provide the account, games, rewards, purchases and services you request on the basis of our contract with you. Payment and accounting records may also be processed to meet applicable legal obligations.
Security checks, fraud prevention and abuse investigation serve our legitimate interests in protecting members and the platform. These interests must be balanced against your rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where optional tracking or marketing requires consent, that processing needs your valid consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Service providers and external content
Operating the platform may involve hosting, email, payment and, for physical orders, delivery providers. They receive information needed for their role. Payment services may also process information under their own privacy notices.
The current interface requests Google Fonts and Google Translate resources. Such requests can expose your IP address and browser request information to Google, including before you choose optional cookie categories. An essential-only cookie choice does not currently block all external page requests.
The operator still needs to confirm and publish the production provider list and any applicable international-transfer safeguards. Do not interpret this notice as confirmation that a particular provider, country or safeguard has been verified.
Cookies and your choices
Session and security cookies support sign-in and account protection. A preference cookie records your cookie-category choice. You can review the available categories on the Cookie Preferences page.
External services and links can have their own data practices. The page requests described above are distinct from the optional categories offered by the cookie controls.
How long information is kept
Account and game information is needed while providing your account. Transaction, security, support and dispute records may need to remain afterwards where required for legal obligations, unresolved claims or proportionate fraud prevention.
The operator must confirm the actual retention periods and deletion process for each category. Configurable audit or case-retention settings alone do not establish that records are automatically deleted. Ask the privacy contact about the applicable period for your information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Use Privacy Rights to submit a request, or contact the operator. We may need information proportionate to verifying your identity before disclosing or changing records. Erasure is not absolute where records are needed to comply with law or handle legal claims.
You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security and updates
The site uses password hashing, session controls, login rate limits and server-side validation. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected account misuse to Support promptly.
This notice was revised on 2 September 2026. Changes to the platform or its providers may require an update. New wording alone does not authorise new purposes for using your information.
